The Waterman C/F was the original US-based Waterman company's last significant design. Continuing a trend of pen companies hiring big-name industrial designers, the Waterman C/F was styled by Harley Earl, best known for his automotive work for General Motors.

The Waterman C/F Blue GT Fountain Pen has a blue resin barrel and gold coated cap and trims, an 18k nib and uses a cartridge converter filling system.

Note that this pen uses a discontinued Waterman cartridge, therefore it can only be used with a converter that comes with the pen.
